Very clean room in very centric location. It was very good!

Maybe the check in process was not very user friendly as there is not a real reception and it has to be done via telephone/boot - only after 2:00 pm

Very small room, it smelt of cigarettes smoke and it was the most expensive room we have had in 14 nights.

“Call center instead of onsite staff - a nightmare”

The location was central and there's bicycle storage available.

There's no staff onsite. The check in process is surreal. I never got any keys to the front door of the main building nor to the entrance of the hotel which is on the second floor. Instead I was forced to contact a call center via a video phone at the entrance. Staff gave me a PIN which didn't work. Then they let me in via a buzzer. The next time I again contacted the call center. I was given a completelydifferent PIN. This worked for the street entrance to the main building but not the hotel. However I was given a third PIN for my bedroom which did work. Each time I went out to get a coffee or go site seeing I was forced to contact the call center and wait for them to answer, for example if I needed to re-enter the hotel for my sunglasses. I was then placed in a call queue and sometimes I was cut off while waiting.

“Cool and convenient!”

The best

Convenient location close to tourist sites, restaurants and cafes. Very comfortable beds. Plenty of electrical outlets. The video check in was a little disarming at first but worked really well. The reception area was very fun and retro with a crank phone, old fashioned radio, vintage luggage, and photos.

There was a little confusion with the electronic entry codes but they were quick to resolve them.
