“Not worth the money”
It's in the city center, almost on the Camino del Norte route, for pilgrims.
Had so many stays in two weeks because of the Camino and because this was the most expensive stay I was expected to be the best. It was the worst. Small room, dirty walls, extremely loudy because of the bars downstairs, rusty things in the bathroom. If you want to rest in the weekend it's imposible. If you like to party in the city center and you will use the room only in the morning, then maybe it's fine, but still way too expensive.
“Very good location for exploring the area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a decent size and value for money. Would very much recommend the hotel to others. · Cons: The hotel is on a lively street with bars open till late so at night if you have the window open it is very noisy. However, when the window is closed you do not notice the noise too much.”

“Impossible to sleep due to loud bars nearby—poor transparency made for a frustrating stay”
Easy access to everything in city center.
The accommodation was poorly maintained—dirty, especially the bathroom. The beds were uncomfortable, and the room was cold at night with no extra blankets provided. They failed to disclose its proximity to noisy local bars, making sleep impossible even with the windows closed. Misleading and lacking transparency, this was a highly disappointing experience.
“Good location, but needs to be tidied up a bit.”
Perfect location for seeing the city, going to the beach, etc, but loud at night because of the local bars.
The walls in the room were very dirty, and there were several long hairs in the bathroom and bedroom. The noise at night was pretty bad because it's in an area with several bars. Maybe the windows need to be soundproofed. And there was a lot of noise when someone in another room turned on a tap.
“A claustrophobic nightmare, not acceptable, dangerous.”
Great central location, excellent rock bar next door and a gay club across the road. I got over my fear of being stuck in an elevator.
We arrived on a late flight and the check in process was very convoluted and awkward as there were no staff actually working in the hotel. It was done via a call center who asked way too many verification questions it took a long time and the call center rep was a little stand offish. Again the lack of staff at night was a safety issue. The lift(elevator) in this hotel is DANGEROUS! Its small rickedy and does not function we got stuck in it for an hour in the middle of the night. We were pressing the panic alarm and no one was around to hear it, it was incredibly hot and cramped inside and not the first thing you want to experience after a long day travelling. It absolutely should be taken out of service. And to top off this nightmare experience the staff seemed annoyed the following day because we contacted an emergency lift technician to get us out instead of them despite the only emergency number in the lift was for the emergency technician. The room itself was very small, smelled damp and had some strange issues with the wiring. I plugged my phone charger in and the lights started flickering. Also it looked like the vents in the hallway had been blocked up(possible carbon monoxide issue) Also the card for the room stopped working on the second day and there was no one around to resolve the issue on site we had to contact a call center. All in all a terrible experience. I know it's budget accomodation but the health and safety issues here were ridiculous and not acceptable, and the customer service was apathetic at best to hear about us being stuck in a lift in the middle of the night.
