“A load of rubbish!”
The best

None of it as was not able to get in and unable to contact providers,so 83 year old left out bedless, I had to go and ask around for assistance and we got alternative accommodation which I had to pay for and no response from you .

By far the worst experience ever! It started all with the online check in. After arriving at midnight, we couldn’t enter the hotel with the details that were given. There were also other families who couldn’t acces the hotel. After a while someone came and after a while he was able to let us in. If you guys want to be cheap by not having employees working, invest in a good system because we were not the only ones. We should have read the reviews before booking this hotel. MESSAGE TO EVERYONE. DO NOT BOOK HERE. IT’S NOT WOTH IT!

We arrived on a Sunday, and the hostel is in an industrial estate which was closed we felt a bit isolated, but on Monday morning, the place was buzzing.

Virtual reception is not a system really working, from our point of view - we should see people welcoming us; ah, I hated the online-self service checking procedure, & this applies to all my reservations, but I underline it here, because reception is nonexistent. Besides, the cafeteria was closed, contrary to what was advertised at the reservation & seemed to have been closed for ages.
