“The hotel is nice, room are large and there is free parking. Staff is very nice, helpful and welcoming. The only negative note is the mattres and pillows. The first was a bit rigid and has pronounced 'edges', the second was too fluffy and too thick, so it was difficult to adjust. Perhaps it is an issue of my room in particular. However, the hotel is still a plus and I recommend it.”

“It can be a comfortable place to crash and really easy to access when the roadworks stop”

The prompted response by the reception staff when we reported a leak from the bathroom ceiling at our family room. He accommodated us very quickly.

To be improved

As reported above, we had a leak in our first room and there was an unpleasant smell from it. We also found the beds on that room really uncomfortable but the ones in the replacement room were definitely better
