It was quiet and in good location. Th.ey made it easy to find the key location and then find the apartment. The WiFi was strong. The tv gave choice for English and Spanish for some programing

To be improved

The apartment had a bad smell to it. The owners used a strong toilet deodorizer that release chemicals on every flush. The bathroom had no ventilation, only a fake vent attached inside the shower. The shower did not drain well.

“Perfect place in historic Toledo”

The best

The location was great for two days of walking around town. It was cute and had everything we needed. Access was easy to get into the entrance with our code.

To be improved

Although there’s a potential for the apartment to be loud above outdoor eating and a bar, we didn’t have issues. They did provide ear plugs which thankfully we didn’t have to use. As non Europeans, it was difficult for us to figure out how to get hot water to the shower. I don’t remember how we finally got it to work, but it would be helpful to have a step by step guide. I think we eventually had to flip a switch up close to the ceiling. There was some confusion initially as it was booked for two people. With a sofa bed and bedroom listed, I assumed that both had access so my friend and I didn’t have to share the bed. However, after booking, it was clear that we could only have sheets and supplies for the sofa bed it we booked an extra bed for extra. The terms are confusing and need to be clarified.

Only two plates, both damaged, one unusable. Empty soap dispensers in kitchen and shower. No kettle.
