It looks better in real life than in photos. Spacious and clean, very comfortable bed. In terms of location you can’t get much better, very much in the heart of Getaria but on a slightly quieter road. Our host was super helpful. I’d recommend this place to anyone visiting Getaria and if we visit Geteria again we will be rebooking!

From our first meeting with the lovely Ainhoa our stay in Getaria was exceptional - secure garage parking for our motorcycle just a short walk from the apartment was very welcome, the apartment itself is well located in the heart of the old town and yet very private and peaceful - the bedroom window overlooks a busy street with shops, bars etc and yet the quality of the modern glazing is so good that should you wish you can shut out any noise completely. Simple, modern furnishings, spacious living and bedroom areas, huge double bed, plenty of wardrobe space, modern bathroom, functioning kitchen areas, clean and fresh throughout. We also noticed that the apartment would probably be quite accessible for those with a disability with flush door thresholds, wider than normal door openings etc. We loved Getaria and if/when we return this apartment would be our first choice.

The host's welcome and tips and advice on the area. We particularly liked having locked parking and the tea/coffee/milk so that we could have a drink before heading out for breakfast the next day. The apartment was in a great location but quiet and though we visited in late December the apartment was lovely and warm.

We loved our stay in this comfortable apartment located in Getaria's charming old town. The apartment was clean, spacious, and newly renovated. The very reasonable price of the accommodation also included a parking spot - a rarity in Getaria where parking is hard to find. The host was super nice and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable - he met us at the parking garage, gave us a mini-tour of Getaria, recommended places to eat, and even bought cough drops in San Sebastián for my husband who got sick on a Saturday (when the shops in Getaria were closed). We're glad we stayed in Getaria instead of San Sebastián. The fish restaurants in Getaria were amazing. We had some of the best fish of our lives in this little village.

Central position in lovely small Spanish fishing town . Bars close by, lovely places to stroll around. The accommodation had good facilities for prepping your own food and smart tv was useful for own viewings. Our host Xabier couldn’t have been more helpful with local information and recommendations.
