Great location and very well equipped apartment. The patio/balcony was great too. The double glazed windows were excellent at blocking out the sound when you wanted it blocked out. Jose, who manages the property was very helpful.

To be improved

It is a small apartment and the double bed in the master isn’t big. I think you could fit in a larger bed. It would have been great if the apartment came with some beach items like towels as we didn’t have room to bring any.

“Perfect spot in a gem of a city. Close to great restaurants and a short walk to being able to swim in the bay!!”
The best

The location of the property is perfect. Right next to old town and the conch beach promenade. Property has a terrace where you can watch the sun set behind the mountains. Stunning location! Juan, who manages the property provided exceptional service. He gave us concierge level support recommended how to best spend our time in Donostia, what to do, which pintxos restaurants to prioritize. He even untangled an imperfect reservation I made with a Michelin star restaurant in the city, where my wife and I had the best dining experience of our lives!! Can’t wait for next time!

Exceptional location just a short stroll from the ‘old town’ and just a few steps to La Concha beach and park precinct. Lovely, compact apartment with an awesome terrace

To be improved

I understand the challenges with a heritage style building, but the addition of air con would make this a 10/10. Ceiling fans are a great help though. Plenty of street noise in the early hours, whether it be partying people or amenities trucks. Hence the addition of air con to be able to sleep with the doors shut. But that it city life!!
