Pool area was lovely & pool bar staff were lovely, good variety for breakfast

Absolutely loved it. Very stiking reception lovely room.Very clean. Gardens and pool area lovely. Actually think its more 4*. Because of the time of year the resort was pretty quiet,which i liked. Ten days of peace and quiet. Fablous place to chill out.

I was worried prior to the trip as the rating had gone down but was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is super clean, staff friendly & attentive. Could the rooms do with an update - yes but so could my house! The night porter told me that they were upgrading each year slowly. The walls are a little thin so if you’re a light sleeper bring ear plugs. Brilliant proximity to the beach and was a lovely & chilled break. Would’ve liked a drink to be included in the half board evening meal, buffet food as expected - the breakfast was best. Special shout out to the night porter who looked after me prior to my transfer & insisted on watching me walk to my pick up point pre 5am. The hotel deserves a higher rating that it has

After reading the reviews, I was sceptical about this booking, but had a really good stay , hotel was nice , staff were lovely, a very nice relaxing holiday.

We have just come back from this hotel and we would definitely return. Bearing in mind we went at the end of the season. It was very quiet in the hotel, no loud groups. We literally didn’t hear at noice at night. We went B&B and ate out. The breakfast was very good. Lots of choice and tasted really nice. The hotel is a 15 minute walk into the centre of Lloret. It’s quite hilly so not suitable for people who might struggle walking up hill. Room was very clean and basic. Bed sheets changed every day. Balcony was clean with a nice view over the front of the hotel. The hotel bar wasn’t expensive. 2 beers cost 5 Euros.

Worst Holiday Everrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. AVOID this hotel if you want to enjoy your holiday. -PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS. I booked a five days holiday full board. Checking: Straight forward no issues. Room: -Cramped, cleaned to reasonable standard. Positive: Balcony - HIDDEN CHARGES/Deposits you will need to pay Iron €30 Towels€20 Refunded when you check out. Food: Average -The staff are extremely rude and dismissive. Long queues for fresh eggs and omelettes in the mornings. -The sever looked at me and then served the Spanish man who was behind me. My last day I asked the staff at reception to phone me a taxi for the airport. The tax arrived and I noticed he was heading in the wrong direction. I showed him my ticket and questioned if he is heading in the right direction. He assured me that there is only one airport in Barcelona. Later I questioned the duration of the journey. He confirmed that we are heading in the right direction. When I got to the airport it was Barcelona airport the driver charged me £135 euros. I told him that I was in the wrong place. He threatened to call the police. I got to the gates and the security guard confirmed that it was the wrong airport. I should be at Girona airport. It cost me an additional €400 to get home.
