“Nice family holiday”

The best

The hotel was very nice, the room was adequate, cleaned daily, and the service was friendly. The pool was large and there were plenty of sunbeds. The entertainment staff were excellent; there was water gymnastics, yoga, bingo, etc., and the beach was a 5-minute walk away.

To be improved

The food was pretty much the same every day, with little change or new items.

“Awesome location, nice stuff, great choice of food and activities throughout the day!”

The best

A very nice location, the hotel is spacious and offers a lot of activities during the day. The staff is very nice and helpful. We were greeted by a glass of champagne. The rooms are cleaned every day, and overall the hotel is clear. The food choice is amazing, a lot of variety for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The wi-fi wasn’t working well for us :/

“Not a 4 star, more like 1-2 star”

The food was alright. The location wasn’t bad.

To be improved

The room was dirty, a pair of dry contact lenses were left from previous guests on the bathroom counter, when asked them to clean it, we were told to throw them ourselves in a bad manner. The bathroom had hairs and was dirty. The room was obviously not for 4 and was patched to accommodate 4. There was unattended teenagers in all the rooms around being very load on the balconies until late at night. Everything from the corridor could be heard from the room, and the mattress was cheap spring without topper. No kettle in the room. During the breakfast in the huge dining room we reached peaks of 90 decibels, very very noisy as there is no noise absorbing panels anywhere. We went into the spa, and the jacuzzi water was cold. Not at all a 4 star hotel, more like a 1-2 star.
