ALEGRIA Pino Alto

Horrible, rooms very outdated and in need of refurbishment. The first night our air-conditioning did not work and we literally froze the blankets were inadequate. The following day they were repaired after complaining. The food is often cold being left out without adequate heating. The selection each day very limited. There are very little amenities suana broken, pool closed no jacuzzi gym all machines either broken or need repairs. Bathrooms old baths with hand held showers good point the water pressure was good. The electrics in the rooms verging on safety violations. There is very little in the area of interest without going on day trips to Tarragona. The beach was excellent and the area is clean and smart.

Location is very good: sea is less in than 5 min walk. Garden, swimming pool, outside activities are very nice. The restaurant and bars are good. Air conditioning was working ( perhaps, even too strong; we did not find a good regime for sleeping, so we simply did not use it at nights).

This was a last minute booking and I was very plesantly surprised by how big and well equipped the hotel was, the staff were very professional and and helpful.

Booking.com and the Pino Alto hotel tricked me, deceived me because the website had pictures of a different room than the one I booked. I think I was robbed. I informed booking.com about the situation and customer service and they did nothing to resolve the situation

Clean, they accept dogs but with restricions of max. 8kg and only one dog per room.

Loved the shallow pool and the pool bar. The staff at the pool bar were always really friendly and helpful. Shallow pool was great for the younger kids.
