Very clean , very good breakfast, good location , nice staff ( excluding the Manager🤦🏻‍♀️)

To be improved

No security at night, groups of teenagers and young adults having parties alcohol/drugs between different rooms , not being able to sleep most of nights because of all the noise! Also if you buy something at the bar pay attention to the tall guy with glasses because he charges different prices compared to the other staff! And the manager needs to be more professional and kind to people, the minimum she could’ve done is to come and apologise for all the sleepless nights and the knocking at different doors and arguing with the drunk kids/adults that I had to deal! I ‘ve tried to not let all this stress ruin my family’s and my holiday since I waited for months to go , but I don’t think I am ever going back to this hotel ! I do send a big high5 to the staff there, they are multi skilled and do diserve a rise/bonus.

“The staff was amazing, they helped us out a lot with everything. · Cons: The air condition was kind of hard to navigate, the balcony handle was also really loose so we locked ourselves outside on the balcony so I would recommend not closing the balcony door. The breakfast food was really bland, it didn’t have a lot of options”

“The hotel is quite nice. The rooms were clean and the view from the window was beautiful. Breakfast was basic, but dinner had a decent variety. Overall, it was a good stay, but we probably wouldn’t choose it again. The location is about a 7-minute walk to the beach. You go downhill to get there, but walking back uphill can be a bit tiring. It’s also a bit far from the main streets, so if you’re looking to enjoy the nightlife or stay in the center, it might be better to pick a hotel closer to the main area. · Cons: A terrible bed – the mattress was very old and it creaked a lot.”
