Alemania & SOHO by ELE Apartments

The apartament is a great choice for a short stay. We stayed for one week and the main reasons why our stay was not the most comfortable one were as follows: the bed is quite small for two people like us - tall and not slim ones :) also the mattress could be more comfortable to enjoy a restful sleep. And the second reason was the bathroom - the door needs serious repairs, the noise it makes is disturbing and if you are not a couple / family members - there is no privacy in the bathroom with this door :) Also, the bathroom is small and without ventilation but I can understand it is how the building was designed and not the owner's fault. All in all, this place is a good choice for a city break / short stay.

The sliding door leading from the living area to the shower and toilet facilities was not properly fitted to the runner which left it noisy when closing . There is a metal plate beneath the window in the apartment below which was unoccupied, we had four nights of heavy rain and the noise of the rain beating off the metal plate kept us awake for long periods of time which left us very tired during the day

The window has an internal view, so not nice to maitain the curtains open. It a cold process to be in this place, it is managed by a agency so there is no personal touch or easy way to get connected with the city/ people.
