“Frustrating to say the least.”

The form of entering the property was awful. We had to download an app and instructions were not clear. The electronic key we acquired didn’t work for the main building door at all during our stay. We had to rely on other occupants letting us in and one evening we waited 15 minutes when we were very tired before a person coming out of the building helped us. The contact we had failed to answer three phone calls from us trying to get in. I fear older people without technical knowledge would find this way of entering impossible. The apartment lacked plugs too. We were unable to plug in tablet and phone by the bed which in this modern era, is just not acceptable.

The best

A superbly equipped apartment. Stylish decor , very clean and comfortable. Jose was at hand via WhatsApp for any problems…not that we needed him. Lovely views, huge windows so light and airy.

To be improved

The property is in quite an urban area with only one bar/restaurant( Bar Casa Pepe) in walking distance and parking a little haphazard. However, apparently there is a good local bus if without a car.
