“Fantastic experience!!!”

The best

Location is perfect too downtown shopping area and only about an 8 mile walk down to Center City. Very convenient for everywhere me and my wife wanted to go while visiting our son abroad. Hotel is extremely clean and respectful. Max at the bar is awesome and everyone at the front desk was so exceptionally polite and accommodating. I would definitely visit Barcelona again and when I do I plan to stay here!

“A quick but memorable Barcelona!”

With only 4 days in Barcelona, we took full advantage of a great stay/city! The Alexandra Barcelona Curio Hotel served as our home base. What a great hotel noting location - but also its staff. From the doorman to the desk staff - all were courteous and very helpful. The “recommended local dining selections” were all great - as we really appreciated the re-introduction to tapas and wine. The hotel offered great breakfasts and the bar was a great break too noting the staff was very responsive even with high demand. Our room was perfect - noting it provided both comfort and quietness! We walked whenever we could and note pre-purchase of tickets to the Park Güell and Sagrada Família are a must! It was too short of a stay but our thanks to

“Beautiful, friendly and well located”

The best

Thus hotel is beautiful and centrally located. We were able to walk to many of the attractions we visited. The breakfast was incredible with breads, cheeses, pastries, fresh fruits and hot foods. Juanjo and Camela were so friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to stay in this hotel. A great addition to the Hilton portfolio.

“Great location for shopping.”

This hotel is a great location for shopping, with numerous high-end boutiques within a five-minute walking distance, including Loewe, Chanel, Hermes, and Rolex. Casa Badillo and Casa Mila are also conveniently located nearby. The hotel rooms are functional and spacious (I booked the for three people), rooms for two might be smaller. There aren’t many amenities in the room, so I had to request slippers and a shower cap. Initially, I noticed brown spots on the sheets, which I asked them to change. However, subsequent cleaning and sheet changes didn’t reveal any issues. One of the ceiling lights wasn’t working, and my wife mentioned it, but no one came to fix it. The TV also had no signal throughout my stay, but it wasn’t a major concern for me, so I only mentioned it to the front desk during checkout so they could get it fixed for the next guest. The elevator to the 6-8th floor was extremely small and slow, so we had to walk to the fifth floor to catch the bigger and quicker elevators during majority of our stay. Breakfast was good, and all staff are friendly and speaks English. The only issue I had with the staff was when I asked them to call for a taxi for me on my check out day. I specifically informed them that I had five suitcases and asked them to call for a large taxi that could accommodate my luggage. However, on the day of departure, a small taxi arrived, and the driver informed me that the hotel had informed the taxi company that I only had two suitcases. Overall, I would stay at this hotel again for its convenient location and friendly staff.
