The hotel is bright and airy, the foyer area is open with a view of the bar and restaurants downstairs. The Reception staff were extremely helpful, check-in (after 3pm) was very quick and simple. I arrived early so was unable to check-in, but was able to change in a side room and leave my bag with Reception. The pool area is large, with the usual sun loungers around the pool and tables/chairs nearby. At one end of the pool, there is a gym, squash courts, and small spa, as well as a pool bar area that serves hot and cold drinks, plus snacks, and at the other end of the pool is a pool table, large set set, and tennis courts. There are two pools, one heated and one not, both are salt water based but I didn't find it noticeable. The inside bar area is spacious, with lots of seating, there is a pool table, massage chairs, and often in the evening local vendors sell trinkets outside of the restaurant. There is usually some kind of show in the evening on the stage, either singers, DJ, or the Animation tea. The restaurant is a good size with a self-service buffet style layout, with servers bringing drinks. There was always a very good selection of food which was lovely. Rooms were spacious with everything I needed. The staff were excellent, all of them were very friendly and helpful, I can't speak highly enough of them. Outside the hotel, there is a small parade of shops within 2-3 minute walk, the main Teguise area 5 minute walk away.
