The best

We loved the layout of this property. It worked really well for our family. There was plenty of space for us all to sit together but we could also enjoy time apart - both inside the house and using the outdoor areas too. The kitchen was well equipped and provided a lovely place to sit. The location was great - a short walk to the Balcon (c.5mins) and only slightly longer to Burriana beach (c.10 mins). The fact the supermarket was a few minutes away and a cab company was at the end of the street meant there wasn’t anything we needed that we didn’t have access to.

“Newly renovated spacious town apartment!”

The location of the apartment was very good. Close to the center but not on a main street. Very short walking distance to the main tourist attractions, beaches, huge parking lot, bus station, supermarket and restaurants, pubs. The apartment itself was newly renovated and very modern. Comfortable beds, very well equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, plenty of room for everyone. Our favourites were the two balconies outside. The layout of the apartment is logical. Ground floor with huge living room, sitting area with a TV, one double bedroom, one toilet with shower, and outdoor space with waching machine. First floor with three bedrooms (one with two single beds and two rooms with double beds), and a toilet with shower. Second floor with a well equipped kitchen and a small dining area with TV. And from the kitchen you have access to the balconies.

To be improved

Main concern was the very loud road noise from the street even if it was a small street - lots of motor bikes and during the night garbage truck. Windows could be a lot more noise cancelling. Another thing we found inconvenient was the collection of the property keys from the other side of the city. It was a bit much going back and forth with luggage. We suggest to use key box near the door, it seemed that a lot of other properties were using those. :) Since we arrived right after the long rainy period then it seemed the rain had caused the front door to swell, so it was difficult to shut it properly and turn the key in the lock. However, it dried up eventually and after a few days everything worked well. :)
