The best

The apartment is exceptional. The location is even better. You walk out of the apartment building and right in front of you is a zebra crossing. You cross the road and right in front of you is an archway. You walk through the archway and you're in the main square in Madrid. Espectacular.

My experience was HORRIBLE. All one hour of it. We picked the key up from the storekeeper next to the property. When we opened the door to the apartment we were hit by the heat coming out of the room. When we found the remote we turned on the mini split to cool the apartment. After about one hour the apartment had not started to cool. We took the key back to the storekeeper and told her we could not stay in that unit. Then we called the manager and told him the problem and we were returning the key and we would like a full refund of our money. He told us we were expecting a hotel room and not an apartment. I told him that was not so (we stayed in an apartment in Varenna, Italy in 2023 among others). He said he would not return our money because he had no time to rent the apartment. We would not no we could not cool the apartment until we actually got inside the unit. If nothing else, the manager could have come back or sent someone to check the A/C unit for us. It was after 3:00 pm when we arrived. We expect a full refund of our money. Thank you.

Location, location, location. Right in the heart of Madrid. Easy walk to all main attractions. Dozens of good restaurants. 4th floor with a lift made life easy.

To be improved

If you’re looking for a comfortable studio in the heart of the action. There’s nothing not to like. Bathroom leaves a lot to be desired.
