The property was not meant to be a flat. It is extremely small and is located underground. The smell of humidity was horrific. Terrible experience. The so called “flat” was extremely small, I strongly believe that it was a storage facility. Felt uncomfortable the moment I got in. I wanted to give back the keys, the lady was happy to get the keys but refused to refund me and was very condescending when speaking to me. No views at all, was out all day, even sleeping felt suffocating. And Ac didn’t work.

“The room itself was okay · Cons: There is no allocated parking. You cannot park within the grounds. That is for residents only. At the weekend it's really very very difficult to find parking. At night (from about 10pm onwards) someone locks the door in the hallway. The room I was in was in the basement (no view at all). I'd be asking if there was a fire, how would you get out. This won't be an issue until there is a fire. There are no staff on site at all. None. To get the keys, you get a Whatsapp to meet the guy - who was a very nice chap but does not speak any English at all - only Spanish - which is fine but you cannot ask him any questions in English. Any questions have to be directed via the Whatsapp. I would say if you're expecting a nice beachfront appartment with a nice view, patio, balcony then think again. This is a basement room.”

Beautiful apartment and very clean. Beachfront location and near supermarket is what I loved the most. Community amenities were also perfect. Landlords we're warm and kind.
