The location of was great but that’s where the compliments end.

To be improved

The apartment is in an old residential block. The property was dated and not as clean as it should be, the bottom of the bedframe had visible stains, the duvet was yellow, the kettle was filled with limescale, the bathroom was clean but you could see traces of mould. The instruction for getting into the property needs updating, the images in the Google docs is outdated and expecting people to put their hands through a gate to access the key box is unacceptable, not everyone is flexible some may have joint issues.

“Perfect location, possibility to park a small car. Bad host, maintenance of appartment NOK”

Reception: Prepaid for 5 nights stay and 6 days parking. When we arrived in Granada, no one was there. We called and got instructions on how to reach the apartment. The key box is behind the gate. Fortunately, a resident helps us. Then a real puzzle to get through a gate, a door, the elevator, another door, a gate and a door. A personal explanation would have been nice. We have to call again for parking. Another description. Fortunately, help from a resident of the building again. Our middle class car fits in the elevator, fold in the mirrors, 5 cm left and right, 10 in front and behind. Our advice; only suitable for small cars such as a Toyota Aygo or a Seat Mi. Location: Great, right in the center, with a beautiful terrace and a view of the Alhambra. Apartment: Basically perfect and spacious. However, maintenance backlog. Shower is clogged, dishwasher works halfway, fire alarm is missing, no fire extinguisher, remote control of the heating does not work. Other: Contact with landlord is partly in Spanish. Parking garage was closed for a day, Spanish note in the elevator. Car removed, not put back in parking garage, risk of damage too great. We ask for our parking fee back, owner 'understands our problem' but refuses to refund money. One evening we returned to the apartment after dinner. One of the locks had been replaced. A message had been sent, but to the wrong address. Phone was picked up after many calls, in Spanish. With a half hour delay we were back inside. In summary: Beautiful apartment, reasonable price, but poorly managed and unfriendly owner.

The parking was really hard, they should say that the car must be small. The sofà, in the terrace APT, Is really uncomfortable, It has small sheets and needs more blankets, we asked to have at least one more blanket, we have been ignored.
