“Perfect Location with Great Facilities”

The best

Located centrally to everything, just 15 to 20 min walk to old town. Wonderful apartment with all the facilities to make your stay perfect. Had comfortable beds and clean apartment all round. Located on the 1st floor and can be issue if you have trouble with very heavy bags. Many food options nearby and supermarkets too. Kitchen facilities and utensils provided are well thought out and not just a check list of limited poor-quality items which I have come across in other apartments. Provided new cleaning pads too which is a bonus. Overall, a great find of our family and will gladly return to book this apartment if I am back in Seville.

To be improved

Unfortunately the toilet bowl was clogged on the last night. So we had to go out in the morning to look for toilets and that resulted in our check out having to be delayed as we need some time to find suitable locations outside before returning back to apartment for check out. Caused a bit of discomfort but despite that we still rated this apartment very highly. and if need to nit pick, saw some mold are beginning to show in the grout but I suppose is difficult to remove completely. Occasional noise if you leave your windows open as people walking by can be too "happy" as they shout or talk loudly.

Very good location in the old town - walking distance to all points of interest. Clean. Helpful hosts.

To be improved

The apartment is not well isolated, which has several disadvantages - it was constantly cold despite running the air conditioning (and even though temperature outside went up to +20C); you could hear all noises from the street very well even with closed windows; and one of the bedrooms smelled of mould. In short, this could be a much better house if it walls would be properly insulated + bedroom windows changed.

“A very clean, comfortable and welcoming apartment”

The best

A fantastic location for seeing all the great sites of Seville! Antonio was there to welcome us and explain everything in the apartment and then where to go within the city. He was very responsive when I had a question during our stay. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and felt spacious for our family of four. The beds were good and the sofa was great to relax on. The bathroom was modern with a good shower. The kitchen was well equipped and the apartment had thoughtful touches such as four umbrellas, which were sadly extremely necessary during our visit! A fantastic apartment that I would recommend to everyone!

“Great Host and Location, Clean and Well Equipped Apartment”

The best

The host was very nice and welcoming, waited to greet us and provided tips and information for our visit of the city. The apartment is very clean and nicely decorated, location is great too, very close to the "mushroom" and easy to walk around the town. Uber is rather cheap option to go around if walking is too much for you. The kitchen is well equipped, we cooked during our stay and everything is convenient. There are a lot of small/mid size supermarket nearby so getting food is easy too. Host also prepared 4 umbrellas by the door which is very handy. Totally recommend to stay in this property.

To be improved

Not really something we don't like, more like side information... the bedrooms are relatively small but it's sort of normal for European apartment, supposedly. It's just a bit tight, and the size of beds are also small. The sofa / pull out bed in the living room is actually the larger and more comfortable bed in that sense. :P (That's just information for Northern American travelers who might mostly are used to larger beds.)
