Great location and really friendly helpful staff.

To be improved

It’s a basement apartment so was quite dark inside. A smell of sewerage would often come up from the pipes when using the shower/water in the bathroom. The bedroom is also right next to a stairwell so we could hear people going up and down really clearly.

The location was fantastic, and it was super quiet, despite being right in the centre.

To be improved

The bathroom needed to be decorated, as there was a lot of mould on the walls around the bath, which was very off putting. We left a jumper inside the bed clothes, and despite numerous messages and reassurance that they would look into the matter and return it, all communication suddenly stopped. We had no hot water for 1 night and most of the second day as the gas cylinder was empty - this should have been checked before our arrival.

Appartement was clean in a central area. We visited everything by foot. It was also well equipped in the kitchen, wifi, TV, a dishwasher and a washing machine.
