Alicante Central Market Living

Throughout our stay, Dave has been incredibly helpful, and we have been very pleased with his assistance. One evening, he even came at 10 PM to change the gas canister for us. The rooms are spacious enough for a family of four plus a guest. The balcony is a lovely addition. For disabled guests, accessibility is excellent—there is an elevator in the building, and no steps to navigate afterward. Unfortunately, the oven is currently out of order, though we didn’t find a need for it. Also, only the living room has air conditioning, which is something to keep in mind during the summer. The location is very convenient. All groceries can be purchased at Mercado, just a five-minute walk from the apartment, and the underground tram is also nearby. Overall, we were very pleased with both the apartment and the host. Dziękujemy!

The location was amazing. So close to the beach, to the city center, to the Santa Barbara castle. The apartment has 3 comfortable bedrooms, a cozy balcony and a great living room. Dave is an amazing host, always available and ready to help.

The apartman is in the heart of the city, easy access to the beach, shopping areas. Good communication with the host.

Everything was perfect!

The house is big, very well furnished and recently renovated. It has brand new air conditioning in the living room, fridge and washing machine. The 3 bedrooms are large and comfortable. The smart ceiling fans in every bedroom allow good sleep even in the hottest summer period. The 2 bathrooms are enough spacious and there is a pretty good hair drier. The apartment is close to the Mercado, crucial point for all tram lines and bus stops. It is 20min walk far from Playa del Postiguet. Dave, the owner, has been very kind with us. He gave us a touristic map of the city and some information about beaches, public transportation etc. A beach umbrella was also available in the flat.
