The bunk beds are totally unsuitable for children, they have no rail guard on top bunks!! and the mattresses were very hard and uncomfortable for an adult. Some things were not working and were replaced during our stay but I felt the property managers should check things such as light fixtures etc and to make sure everything was in working order prior to letting it out. The iron was not working and was not replaced. The furniture does need updating as previous reviews state. Fabrics on couch and outdoor seating are stained and discoloured from sun exposure. There is no coffee machine. We hired a car which made everything very accessible.

Some doors did not work properly and the apartment furniture was overall a bit worn out. When we arrived, the apartment was very cold as the heating was off and unfortunately it was a colder period.

The property is in need of a little ‘TLC’ , the sofas are old and one is very uncomfortable. Even a new throw would give it a new look. The advert describes’ flat screen tv’ , the tv is old and can only watch Spanish tv . It would have been better to have a tv that can use a fire stick or update it. Out of season when the weather is not the best a tv can be important to some people, I pointed this out at the time but was told “ the tv is too old” . When renting a property out they need to consider who might be staying . Bathrooms are needing attention too. Third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds which thankfully we didn’t need to use, not looking very comfortable and reminded me of a prison or army barracks. Not ideal for adults.

We quite struggled with one pack of keys as we split sometimes ( group of 7 ).

rooms and utilities are little run down. some minor things, such as a few lights and electrical outlets and half of stove burners are not working. Utility management a little sluggish to respond.
