“Exceptional”

The best

Perfect location. You got everything you need in the apartment. Short walk to the beach,restaurants and Santa Catalina, where the local busses take you where you want to go. The aparment is clean, and the host is very nice and kind. I stayed for 34 nights, and it was nice to have a place where I could work,live and enjoy my stay here in Las Palmas. Thank you so much.

The apartment is located in the center of Las Palmas, 5 minutes from the beach and close to restaurants and shops.

To be improved

I was aware that there would be no luxury at this price, but the rating on booking was false. The apartment was dirty with old furniture. The mattress was disgusting. The owner of the facility promises discounts for your next stay for a good comment.

The best

The location is perfect, under 5 minutes walking from the beach, 10 minutes from the bus station. The apartment is older, but working. The communication with the host was ok but it would be easier to have a key box or door code for the key pick up. The kitchen was equipped with all needed stuff.

To be improved

I was ready that it is a bit noisier location but the Asian Point bar just across the street does not respect others in the neighborhood, it played loud music until late night.
