“Excellent apartment in the old town”
The best

Excellent location in the old town, free parking is very close to the apartment. The apartment has everything you need for comfortable staying with family. Amazing views from the window. The host is very responsible. We had some issues and they fix them quickly.

To be improved

The furniture ( a table and chairs could be more comfortable)

“Bright clean and comfortable”

we had a one bedroom apartment for three adults. Comfortable clean and has everything you need for a short stay. Located at the top of the old town near the castle gate. You can drop of luggage at the apartment. There is free parking about 100mt further up the hill. Great night views across Cuenca. There a re several bars and restaurants near the parking. The main square is located down the steep street. There are buses that run up and down the hill.

)Great location with magnificent views and easy walking distance to the center of Cuenca. Parking withing walking distance (with a bit of luck really close).

To be improved

Soundproofing could be better. If you are a light sleeper and you have noisy neighbours your sleep will be interrupted. Shower doesn't have much pressure and floor looks like it hadn't been finished. No cutting board in the kitchen. No supermarket close by if you want to do some shopping.

It would have been nice to know this was self checkin. Missed the kitchenette thing as well. I probably would not have picked this hotel if I had known these things. I was just looking for a bed and bath. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable. I did not use the kitchen but nice to have. Air conditioning was nice to have as well.

Email sent with door code and lockbox code was buried at the end of self checkin so I did not see it. When I called the individual spoke no English so that caused additional issue. One email with only the code info should be sent. I also received like 3 emails talking about self check in. Self check in required a photo of passport, my NIE did not work and you cannot type the information in. Self checkin also does not work on an iPad. So they may want to investigate that. I saw others later in the day having issues with accessing the property as well. Shower constantly dripped and the shower floor was wood planks that from the dripping were constantly wet. Good think I had shower shoes! Also hot water in the shower was not hot and water pressure in the shower was poor. Interesting since the sink had very hot water and good pressure. Air conditioner was very noisy but worked great.
