“I am quite disappointed .”
The best

Rooms are spacious , good varieties of food and location is good too .

To be improved

The rooms are so dirty and old . The cleaning ladies were there everyday but they never cleaned the floor or changed the sheets . When we walk around the room barefoot you get dirt on your feet and eventually in Bed , which is very uncomfortable . Our hotel door was always a problem , you need to bang it real hard to close it . The beds moved easily and you can end up on the floor in between the beds . We booked two rooms since we are with kids but they put us 2 floors apart , though we asked to be put next to each other before hand , they couldn't do it and that was very disappointing . This is not a 4 star worthy hotel but may be a 2 star

The best

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished — exactly what we hoped for. Housekeeping came every day, so everything stayed spotless throughout our stay. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of options at every meal. It was great to see such a diverse selection, and everything we tried was delicious. The pools were amazing — both for adults and kids. Our children especially enjoyed the kids' pools and the fun activities organized during the day. The evening kids' programs were a real highlight too — they were entertaining, well-organized, and perfect for winding down after a busy day. All in all, this hotel exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for families!

To be improved

The only downside was that we had requested rooms close to each other, but unfortunately, we were placed in completely separate buildings. That was quite disappointing, especially since we were traveling together as a group.

“A week with the little monkeys”
The best

Lovely, value for money all-inclusive. Staff so helpful and eager to help in any way they can. How some of them kept going with a smile on their face was amazing. Really appreciated the “remote” entertainment area. Great foam party too.

To be improved

Need more bottled water to the rooms. Coffee should be available at the evening meal, not everyone drinks. Property a little remote but for a week in the sun with young children this doesn’t really matter too much. Need a less sterile bar area for pre evening meal drinks, it’s there…just needs to feel less school dinner/hospital like.

Animation was more prioritized for adults. My son wanted to join the football, but was not allowed for children.
