Allo Apartments San Roque Bajo C

We got the room at the ground floor (apartment 1C) with no windows facing towards outside, only to the main hall. First day we noticed it was very humid inside, and a strong smell. Day 2 we noticed there was a leakage of water from the sink in the kitchen to the bottom cabbinets, the smell was identified as mold, same strong smell in the bathroom. We notified the same day about the leakage, and they quickly sent someone who fixed the leakage and someone who cleaned. But the humid air and smell of mold didnt go away, even with the aircon on full dehumidification. We checked out one day earlier because we couldnt stay there anymore. We communicated our last experience to the landlord but didnt get any feedback/reply. All in all, an uncomfartable stay, glad to have left the humid apartment. We see that Allo have received good reviews earlier, however if you get assigned apartment 1C, better stay away.

No outside windows in room

No fresh air, smelt damp all the time and of drains 2nd day. At 11pm neighbour fried sardines in next apartment and all foul smell came into our apartment we were sick all night. Couldn't face another night so left day early. Major major design fault. Shame as beautifully equipped but not a healthy environment damp and no air flow :/

No fresh air since the windows only open to the hallway, bathroom could have been a bit cleaner (some hair on the floor and in the shower)
