“Great stay in a beautiful luxurious place, but missing that personal touch.”

The best

The location, the quality of the house and the decorations, the view, the facilities (pool, jacuzzi, long chairs, garage), proximity to hiking locations. There was a TV in each room, plus one in the main living area.

To be improved

There were some missing items such as hand towels in the bathrooms, kitchen towels. We felt the house was missing that personal touch you get when the host is directly in charge of the rental. Drinking water from the fridge broke down during our stay and there was no attempt to fix it The elevators were not working on the day we left and we had to carry our luggage on the stairs.

“Absolutely amazing.”

The best

Although the penthouse was in a development area, there was hardly any noise from the building site. Olga met us at the property and explained all the beautiful amenities in the penthouse, the fact there was drinking water on tap and a hot water tap was a bonus, no need to buy bottled water. The penthouse was breathtaking and all the facilities and amenities far exceeded our expectations.

To be improved

I couldn't find a single fault with the penthouse. The location, the views from the balcony were fantastic. The photos on booking.com don't do the penthouse justice, you really have to see this place to believe it.

The property was amazing, Comfortable, clean extremely well decorated and equipped with all we needed. The views are incredible

To be improved

Only issue of which we notified the key holder was the aircon leaked.

Very easy access the host meet us and showed us around. Great Experience. Meet us at a time that was best for us. Thanks again. The property was of exceptional standard. Everything we needed for our stay.

To be improved

We could not use the plunge pool on the roof. Builders came to rectify it late in our stay. They did not fully fix the area when we stayed. However, we used the main pool at front of property which was great so in the end not major issue. It would have been good to have used it in the evening.
