Staff was responsive with luggage drop-off request; they helped me get settled in and leave my bag with no issue, and when I returned when the room was ready, it was very comfortable, air-con going full blast!

To be improved

bathroom is very small but no problem for my solo trip. Room is pretty sparse, no desk, but again, no problem since I just sprawled my work out on my very comfortable bed.

The best

Room was clean, location was very near sagrada famillia (10-15 mins walk ) Restaurants and shops on your doorstep. Bar Joan right outside . Filtered water machine was very useful to fill up water bottles and and to get water in the night. Beds were comfortable.

To be improved

Some of the staff misinformed me about the time the breakfast finished and we missed breakfast although it was still 5 minutes before it had ended . There was no option for anything as she had cleared everything away. Even a croissant. Next day we got there early. Some of the staff were very nice just one who came across rude.
