The best

A lovely guest house with a well-equipped shared kitchen and (optional) private bathroom in the hallway. Perfectly located, away from the tourist hustle and bustle, within walking distance of the pedestrian zone and the old town, and with good bus connections to the beach.

To be improved

Nothing to criticize if you don't expect the amenities of a hotel.

“It suited my short stay in Las Palmas because of it's location.”
The best

The location was excellent - in the old part of the city, very close to one of the main bus stations, easy to get a bus to the Las Canteras beach. I liked the 'old' feeling of the room, with it's traditional wooden shutters. Staff were friendly and accommodated my early arrival. The kitchen was well equipped.

To be improved

The room was rather bare and echoing, with rather a harsh main light, and side lights that were very dim. There would have been room for a comfortable chair perhaps, and maybe a rug would make it less echoing.

Staff was so great; loved the feeling of being in a big apartment shared with others, felt homey, and the shared kitchen and roof top was great.

To be improved

It didn't bother me, but if you're a light sleeper, it will be too noisy from the street.

Our stay at the vacation house was truly delightful! Domenico, our host, was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making sure we felt comfortable throughout our visit. The room was clean, well-decorated, and the community spaces were inviting and well-maintained. The house is ideally located in the heart of the city, just a stone's throw away from shops, restaurants, and local attractions, making it very convenient for exploring the area. Despite its central location, the house itself is wonderfully quiet, allowing for a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing. The friendly atmosphere created by both the host and fellow guests enhanced our experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking to enjoy comfort, cleanliness, and a welcoming vibe!
