“Disappointing Holiday”

The location is good a 15 min walk to the beach and bus stop. There is a small supermarket within a 5min walk Gabor the manager of the property was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is small but ok for 2 people. The kitchen is well equipped There is a good view of the sea from the balcony.

To be improved

The entrance to the building was uninviting permanently locked with noisy steel doors. We found the building very noisy with neighbouring conversations and television intruding into the apartment. There was no cleaning done or clean bedding or towels for the 2weeks we stayed. However there is a washing machine. Our holiday was spoilt because remedial construction work started on our 1st day and was not finished when we left. There were days when we could have no conversations due to pneumatic hammers. For the majority of our stay the pool which is not heated and terrace use was not allowed and we couldnt use our balcony. . When we complained to the manager he was helpful in arranging a rebate of the cost of the letting with the owner and booking.com. We strongly feel that the apartment should not have been let whilst this work is being carried out as it completely ruined our holiday.

“Handy location for town but quiet too”

Small but ample for 2. Modern apartment with all you need for a few days stay. Very quiet and most of the neighbours are permanent residents so no noise at night. Nice welcome pack of water, beer and wine and very helpful host.

To be improved

Water heater didn’t provide sufficient water unless you wanted a very quick shower. Absolutely freezing if you stayed in long enough to wash your hair.

“Perfect”

The best

The apartment is new, beautifully furnished, and very clean. We were welcomed with cold drinks in the fridge, and the kitchen is well stocked with essentials like salt, oil, tea, coffee, etc. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment. The apartment also includes access to a pool with sun loungers. The view from the apartment over Puerto Rico beach is stunning. It's about a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. A beautiful coastal promenade leads to Amadores beach, which takes about 25 minutes on foot. Mogan Mall is only 10 minutes away, and the nearest store is just 100 meters from the apartment.
