It could have been clean, which was not. The host told us that he cleaned after every visit using bleach, but the toilet sink (and everything else) didn't reflect that. Everything is build very amateurish, with electrical cables everywhere, hanging around. On top of that half of the lights don't work well afterwards. The build itself is also amateurish, with holes around the windows, unfinished roofs, and the like. The electrical power is self generated (solar arrays), which means no microwave oven, as it spends too much energy (literal words of the owner). The property tells us that the property has a full kitchen, but this is just a lie. This also means that in the night there is not a single light outside the house, making it impossible to have any activity outside (pitch dark). The room is smallish (like 10 square meters, compared to the 30 square meters told by the host), with almost no room even to keep your baggage open. If you sum up the kitchen perhaps it could reach 30 square meters, but the kitchen is just a hut outside that does not even have a door. Very poor. The room is quite hot after a sunny day, and you can't keep the windows open during the day, because a black cat will go inside and sleep in the bed. I love cats, but I prefer to have the control on the visits to my room. If you choose to close the windows, then when you arrive late at evening you have a perfectly set up oven for the night. After two days of staying there, we asked the host if we could leave inmediately and get some refund, as this was far from the promises in the listing, but he told us that no refund was available. We left anyway for a much nicer place, that was cheaper. This place is a place to avoid... there are much much better alternatives for a lower price in the nearby towns. You could think at this point that I am picky, or overly critical. The truth is that I have check all my reviews and the worst score that I have given before is a 8/10.
