“Nice apartment, amazing stay, very poor experience trying to check-in”

You need to collect the keys from a place that is a 15 minute walk from the apartment. The address is given as a number and street name, but there are not many numbers on the doors in the street so it is difficult to find. It would be better if I was given the name of the business where I should collect the keys (Aloha Hostel) because this would have been much easier to find since it is on Google maps.

So we managed to book our one night stay for the wrong date and arrived a day earlier than expected. Aloha Appartments were amazing and sorted us out with an alternative appartment as the one we had originally booked was not available. It was a beautiful appartment and the best one we stayed in our week long tour. Thank you so much!!

“Amazing party and loved the location and the view”

Loved the space and especially the location. We were directly in the middle of the party for the running of the bulls. It was noisy but amazing!!!

To be improved

I found the check in not as easy as some other sites I’ve used. The language was a barrier on booking.com and it isn’t the case on other sites.

Picking up the keys from an agent in the town was a bit of a faff, with difficult parking but they were very helpful once we got there.
