“Nice little place to stay.”

The best

Nice apartement with a great sea view on the top floor. Personally I dont really recomend for families with kids in case you want some private time with your partner but enough space for a family of 4 (2 kids + 2 adults), you get what you see on the pictures. Nice little kitchen corner with all the tools to make food. Not very far from the sea, Marina or the supermarkets (Lidl, Dia or a 3rd one between those 2 that i rather not name). Good pool and pool area, some restrictions there but overall no issues, might get growdy. Good working air conditioning over the front door (some water occasionally drips from it outside the door).

To be improved

Nothing really bad to say about this apartment. Some small things: Keep in mind that on the balcony you never alone. The toilet door was a bit squeeky but fixed it with some oil. Toilet paper holder might need some work done. The front door opens with turning the key a bit so hold the handle and dont push it open, saw some mark on the wall so be careful since there is nothing that stops it from slamming into the wall (some drift may occur if the balcony door is open while opening the front door). The bathroom/toilet window lock might need some work, wasnt really concerned myself but you never know. No extra toilet paper or trashbags for us.

Nicely furbished, great AC, great view, but would not recommend if you have small children, clean and good quality beddings and towels.. Free parking place near the apartm

To be improved

Does not have a coffee machine The owner does not speak english. Not about the apartment, but about the city. Staying in Benalmadena when Malaga or Marbella are so close is like staying in the countryside.
