“Very Pleasant Apartment Stay with charming location”
Aloha pueblo apartments are in a beautiful Spanish/Arab style complex area in a very wealthy part of Puerto Banus and we enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment is a duplex flat with a large roof terrace and good-sized balcony and wonderful sea views. The apartment had very comfortable beds, large bathrooms and plenty of storage and in a very safe place with a security guard. parking was right outside the flat and our host/agent Silva made us feel welcome and was quick to respond to a couple of items such as the dishwasher and A/C we had difficulty switching on which he sorted The apartment complex has two lovely bars, and a breakfast cafe for the complex residents with easy parking outside the apartment making transition to a flat with luggage momentary. The apartment was clean and spacious and near Puerto banus with the car and 5 minutes from Mercadona supermarket which is priced well in comparison to Al Campo which is 11 minutes away. You do need a car to get from there to Puerto Banus and Marbella but that is normal. The flat did come with towels and beach towels as well.
Unfortunately, the bathroom lacks towel holders and toilet roll holders or hooks of any kind for holding up items such as rob de Chambre or towels. No mirrors in any of the bedrooms only bathrooms. So if a lady needed to do make-up only the bathroom is possible and not the bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped but lights were blown and the cooker hood fan and light had no power for cooking use although these could pf have been resolved with a call to maintenance. The rubbish collection was not clear at first but we discovered it was at the beginning of the complex and so required a short walk to place rubbish. The roof terrace had a large table and 4 chairs for al fresco drinking and dining but in comparison to other Terrance rooftops, the owner had missed the opportunity to add to that some comfortable lounge seating but instead placed two sun beds which we did not use nor I doubt other guests. instead we went to the pool and used the sunbeds there by the swimming pool rather than using the rooftop. These weren’t show stoppers of course but small investments by the owner would enhance any guest's stay for the long term and see what next-door neighbours had done to make the Terrance more accommodating in my view. These aren't negatives but observations from being a guest and seeing others apartments next door
