The pool is only open June July and August which isn’t clear on booking. I wouldn’t have booked if I had known the pool wasn’t open in May. If you had more than two electrics on (for example hob and air con) the electrical unit switch would turn off and all electric would trip Staff were rude when I asked questions about the pool and were unhelpful at times!

Didn’t feel very clean, not well equipped, beds weren’t comfortable. Washing machine was broken and light in the main bedroom didn’t work.. we notified the owner but we’re not resolved during our stay

There was no kettle or toaster. And the hair-dryer didn't work and some light bulbs had gone

Key process was a bit of an ordeal. Wrong key left out for us at 12.30am upon arrival. Fortunate for us a couple of teenagers nearby were able to open the outside gate to gain access to the complex

Very difficult getting into the property, despite details sent prior to arrival. The chair is the living room, although attractive, was quite wobbly, and I was worried if my hubby used it, the legs might break. I also could not get hot water for a shower, but yet the kitchen tap was ‘scalding hot’! As the ‘agent on duty’ was away, I did not want to deal with it, so simply did not waste our limited time trying to get it rectified. ( the ‘stand-in ‘ lady had been helping us on arrival and I didn’t want to bother her once again!) Overall, the place looked great, but I would not want to return.
