At first no taxi will get you to the door it was about 15-20 minutes walking with luggages in very small alleys on bricks and stones covered alleys we get appartment , They told me when i arrived at the door i should call them and they automatically will open the door it was 9 :30 pm we arrived very cold weather and when i called the phone call the door didnt opened they told it is damaged😡😡 and i should wait till some body cone from another place to open it nobody was in appartment,after about 10-15 minutes some body came and we opened the door It was very cold inside when i turned on splits the electricity gone and nobody came to help us because the cell phone had no network in the building it take about 2hours that i could find electricity fuses and again turned it on but i couldn't use splits because the electricity again was cut ? We slept in cold air and tomorrow morning to get out and for going to airport we walked with all luggages about 20 minutes on bricks to find taxi no taxi came to the door I believe they must refund my money 140€ is the price of a hotel not for this hell

Location was great and the communication with the hosts was really good without problems. Great value for money and everything was very clean.

Safe neighborhood and building, located right in centro but quiet at night for sleeping, respectful neighbors, tips for places to go were excellent, the staff was very helpful and responsive with messages and my questions. The details for the apartment were well covered, I had everything I needed for the stay.
