Nice and spacious, comfortable beds, great location. Balcony was lovely, all the rooms have en suite bathrooms and air conditioning and it has everything you could need in terms of cooking and laundry. Perfect for a family or a group.

Excellent location adjacent to the Alameda. Very responsive owners to messages through the app and lots of information provided prior to arrival and updates on property readiness. Layout with bathrooms for each room make this ideal for those travelling with different couples or with older families.

To be improved

Whilst it was not problem for us the stairs in property are steep and may not be ideal for all. Some beds more comfortable than others.

The house was cluttered with children’s toys, which made it even smaller. Two of bathroom showers were poorly designed, the shower pan is the same height as the floor so water leaks everywhere when you take a shower. So only one usable shower for 5 adults. The house needed a deep clean. The floors were very dirty to walk on. Linen and pillows sub par. Could be a really nice place but needs some attention.

The apartment is huge - 3 bedrooms and they each have individual bathrooms which is really great if you travel with friends. The apartment is really clean and comfortable At your disposal you have everything you need for your stay in Seville. The location is great, really close to all the tourists attractions. We loved the top terrace from where we could see the street and part of the neighbourhood.

To be improved

Since the apartment is build on three floors, i found the stairs to be really dangerous - metal stairs which are slippery - two of us took a fall, not too seriously but it could lead to serious injuries! I would kindly recommend to host to add some anti slip tape or something…
