“Disappointing”

To be improved

Moisture and mould in the house. Dishes were not cleaned. Washing machine had mould inside. Ground floor and all outside noise is reflecting inside very loudly. Very lot of humidity inside.

“Expensive for the noise disturbance”

Good location- close to city centre and main attractions by 15 min walk, easy access, simple but enough for a short stay, washing machine and big plus

To be improved

Not really good if you’re staying with kids. Even though the location was good, we just had a bad experience because of the noise from outside. As there are many people walking up and down through that street and bars nearby, you could easily have noise up to 2-3am. There was also some festival going on at the time and we could literally hear it so much we thought it’s from our neighbours. Maybe I wouldn’t mind it as a single person if I was out every evening but we were staying with kids and this was a big issue for us. The apt is basic, it would be nice to have more appliances in the kitchen or some rugs as well as the floor was giving very chilly feeling even though it was warm outside. You have to have the blinds down as people can see into both bedrooms very easily (ground floor) and therefore it didn’t give us the “safe/cosy” feel for the price paid, I feel like we didn’t have a good rest either.
