“Decent apartment location better if not sewage smell”
The best

That it was close to bus stops and within decent walking distance to attractions. That it was large and had some space to move about. Had a washing machine and air conditioner.

To be improved

The sewage smell that permeated the apartment and got worse with showering or using the toilet. We tried leaving the doors closed and the bathroom window open but it was still a problem. No coffee maker, tea kettle was gross and didn’t use. Pots were rusted in spots so unusable. Dirty couch. The pictures look like the balcony you can sit and see out but that is not the case. The air conditioner condensation runs out on the balcony so you step in it and it leaves a moldy path as it tried to dry up. We tried to find a resolution for the smell with the operator of the apt was given a can of air freshener, there were already 6 air fresheners in the apt upon arrival and it is telling why they needed them. The bathroom also had a bad mold problem in the shower.

It was spacious in- and outdoors. Great location and close to the city, food market and grocery store.

To be improved

If you’re in large group, there’s only one bathroom/toilet. During our stay, maintenance was going on which hadn’t been advised beforehand.

The apartment complex building is really old and car noise from the streets and bad sewage smell in the bathroom and toilet.

Perfectly located. Apartment was spacious and clean with all needed amenities. Hosts were friendly and easy to contact and talk to

We couldn't get out onto the terrace which had amazing views. I think we just couldn't get the lock open
