Alohamundi Lumbreras II

It was very cute and perfect size for two people to share. It was clean and well managed. It had Spanish decorations and felt very homey.

The apartment is located in a patio with many different apartments. During our stay we barely saw other guests or residents and did not have any issues with noise, as it was very quiet throughout the night and also during the day. Access is through some codes initially and then with a key and a buzzer, although the lift does work with a code. It all seemed very safe. The apartment is well equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave and kettle. There is a cooktop and crockery is provided together with some courtesy sugar and tea. In the living room area you can find a sofa, a coffee table (it elevates!) and a small table with two chairs. The bathroom has a bathtub that can also be used as a shower. The water pressure and temperature were very good. There was also a washing machine available together with a clothes line and airer. The apartment is equipped with AC which helped us keep the place at a nice temperature. There is a TV both in the bedroom and living room, although they are not Smart TVs (you can change the laguage settings and watch Spanish TV in English or your chosen language). Wifi is available and works well. The location was really good. The Alameda area is full of coffee places and bars (always busy!) and also has some small supermarkets. It is within walking distance to the river bank and the city center. We did not use public transport during our stay although we got an Uber between the property and the airport.

Very clean, very easy to use facilities. And clear instructions for how to use appliances in house.

Flat was clean and comfortable, description accurate, collection of the keys very straight forward.Added bonus of a washing machine with washing power. The location was superb less than 50 metres from a busy square that had a fantastic choice of restaurants, walkable distance to the Cathedral and main tourist areas. If I was to return to Saville this is where i would choose to stay.

Very good location. Walking distance to main attractions. Interesting architecture.
