I liked the keys were in a box in front of the door

I didn't like the fact that i needed to make a phone call for the first door, entrance to open to get the keys. What if I didn't have a Spanish phone? or a phone? not a good idea. :( We asked if we could leave our bags prior to the check in and the property didn't help us with it. We had a show at 1700 the check in was at 1600. We were late to the show, rushing with the cab and it was very stressful. The check out is at 1100. If the property can be cleaned in an hour, why we couldn't leave our bags in the room that would save us time at least we could change and make it to our show on time. It was not helpful and kind of the property that didn't help us. The check-in hours are getting later and later. You pay the money for a day but can't use the room. Unbelievable. The rooms didn't have a tray to put our suitcases.

“Fantastic property, amazingly convenient location, and great value!”

The best

We travelled around Spain using booking.com and generally had a great experience. This property was, by far, the best place we stayed at. The apartment was beautiful and clean. It had large kitchen and seating area. The WiFi worked great. And, the property itself was beautiful with a terrace overlooking the square and just steps away from the Cathedral. Most importantly for travel in Spain in the summer, the air conditioning was fantastic and flawless.

To be improved

No issues whatsoever.

“Perfect location, clean and spacious. Loved staying here”

The best

Brilliant location, central for all areas. Super clean, comfortable beds, spacious living room and kitchen. Roof terrace is fantastic. Accessed by a small spiral staircase, so some care is needed and may not be accessible to all. Hosts are attentive and helpful.
