Once in the building, we were met by a very nice person who gave us more information, the keys and took us to the room. She was also available later for questions. nice kitchen, lounge area, bathroom, bedroom, small veranda in interior of building. The three floors were a nice walk-up, but there was also a functioning elevator.

Reasonably good location

Nice accommodation and location...if you don't have a car. No parking.

The location and all the facilities I had in the apartment were beyond my expectations. There was everything I could need in an apartment including a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, a toaster even a filter coffee machine and more. The owner of the apartment even thought of providing us with cleaning products like dishwasher tablets. This was perfect. Another thing was that I could get quick answers for every single question that I asked the owner. This apartment will always be a perfect alternative for me when I stay in Sevilla.
