“This is a gem in North Seville”

The best

The location of this property is fantastic - settled right amidst the historic town and walking distance to a vibrant area. The nightlife is fantastic and daytime is great and all local to the apartment. The pool on the rooftop is little but it's exactly what you need to just cool off and enjoy (plus it's a salt pool so no nasty chlorine smells!).

To be improved

The only issue I would have is the comfort of the mattress - it dipped in the middle so was a little uncomfortable with two people in it.

“A disappointing stay due to poor communication and unacceptable living conditions in one of the bedrooms.”

To be improved

We were really looking forward to our stay, but unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations. One of the bedrooms had visible humidity stains all over the walls and a strong smell of mould. Our little one slept in that room and woke up coughing in the morning, which was very concerning. What made the situation worse was that the agency only informed us of this issue hours before check-in—far too late for us to make alternative arrangements. Despite the condition of the room, no discount or compensation was offered. Paying over €300 per night for an apartment in this state is simply unacceptable. While the rest of the apartment may have been fine, this health concern and lack of transparency significantly impacted our overall experience. I would not recommend staying here unless the issue is properly addressed.
