Unique setting - perhaps a repurposed mansion, the courtyard and the apartment are beautiful white marble! Location is great. Spacious apartment, comfortable bed, coffee maker in the kitchen; good communication with the managers (timely responses; we were not able to leave our bags before 4 pm checkin, but the managers suggested a nearby Lock&Enjoy facility for bag storage; also helped us solve an AC problem with a lot of back-and-forth communication)

To be improved

Hot water supply is a little sparse. AC controls are unconventional and required a lot of time for us to resolve (noting that the managers were kind, and also did promised better instructions/signs!) Adding a grab bar would be nice in the bathtub/shower - getting in and out could be precarious for less agile guests.

Awful bed and mattress.. very uncomfortable I did complain but it was ignored! Apartment was nice but bed/ sofa and soft furnishings were very tired .. wouldn’t take much to replace them and it would have scored

Needs two pillows each. Bath had no plug! Shower had nowhere to hang the shower head.
