It’s situated on the ground flour, it was some place where used to be some storage and now is a place for rent (it’s not an apartment). You leave almost on the street. It’s loud as people walks in front of your door and dark as the windows are very small. The beds are uncomfortable and not too wide.

“Surprisingly neat and strategically positioned”

The best

I like the short distance to the Museu de les Ciències and Oceanográfic. For those that would like to buy something the big Carrefour shopping mall with dozens of shops and groceries is within walking distance. If you would like to get on the Tourist bus, that is also within walking distance. The appartment, sheets, towels were clean when I arrived and the bed in the sleeping room is very comfortable. The appartment has AC in both rooms. Owner is very responsive on WhatsApp. All in all very good experience.

To be improved

Nothing to add really. If you are expecting a concierge, a reception etc. you should look further.

Central location. Walking distance to the parks , Oceanographic park, cafes, groceries, old town 15 min walk.

To be improved

The apartment is on ground floor right on pedestrian walk. So blinds and windows need to be kept closed for privacy .

“Great location but not worth the price we paid”

The flat furniture is extremely new and it is well equipped. The location is really good and well connected.

To be improved

The flat is directly on the street which makes it a bit noisy. The extra bed consisted in a mattress with a cover and a duvet, unfortunately no bedsheet to place underneath the duvet, nor a duvet-bag have been provided.
