This was the only hostel on my entire Camino that steamed my backpack and fanny pack. It seemed pointless and made everything damp.😂😂

“It was fine but don't recommend compared to other Camino hostels”
The best

Villadesuso is a good stop if you want the walk to A Ramallosa/Sabaris/Baiona not to be too long. Best to bring some food bought in advance if you can. Bed was comfortable and garden view from the single room was nice. Towel provided

To be improved

The hostel staff member used a steamer on my transferred bag before I arrived (for bed bugs) without letting me know in advance, which was uncomfortable. I don't mind the steaming but it could have been done with my knowledge and consent when I checked in, as my backpack and others' bags were. Check out is listed on Booking.com as 9:30am but is actually an hour earlier at 8:30am. Given the inconsistency, he will let you stay longer but, if so, said you cannot use the bathroom after 8:30am (even after cleaning is finished). Kitchen does not look very clean Nowhere to hang up towels in the single room Overall it was fine, but the other hostels I stayed in on the Camino for similar prices were far nicer.
