“Very nice place. Worked well for me, my husband and my son. It’s a little far out but Metro was close at least.”

It was right off Estrecho Metro line. It was very close to stores …market on the corner, many restaurants in the area and farmacia.

To be improved

The shower wasn’t very warm. The door wouldn’t open with the code, but the owner was very quick to work on it and let us in. He was able to let us in remotely.

“Practical apartment in lively neighborhood with good amenities”
The best

Perfect location for me (20 min walking to CUNEF where I was working). It is a lively neighborhood with stores and restaurants and direct access to metro and buses. Beds and bathroom (very good shower) are very comfortable. The apartment is generally in good condition and matches the description. The owner is very friendly and accommodating.

To be improved

The apartment is somewhat dim with limited natural light especially in one of the rooms which does not have a window. It is on the ground floor which makes it a bit noisy during the day (street noise until late and also neighbors). Cleaning could be more thorough especially in the kitchen (e.g. residue in the microwave).

“Wonderful time spent in Madrid”
The best

The host was very communicative and met all our needs. She even helped us with our extra needs. We were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend it, especially if you are going to visit the Real Madrid games.
