I sent email with arrival time. Changed it later because of arrival in Burgosbbus times changed. No answer. Left 4 voicemails; no answer. Sent emails; no answer. No indication of how to access the apartment. Arrived; no key box, no key. Had to sleep in bus station because of this. Requesting my full refund. DO NOT RESERVE THIS PROPERTY; you don't exist to them.
