“We initially had some issues during our stay, such as water leaking into our room, bad isolation - but we decided not to make a big deal out of it and let it go. However, the way we were treated at the end of our stay was truly disappointing. We were unfairly accused of damaging a light we never even used, and also blamed for the condition of common areas, which was completely unjustified. Instead of addressing concerns respectfully, the host responded with rudeness and false assumptions. This kind of attitude towards guests is unacceptable and really overshadowed the rest of our experience.”

To be improved

The internet was very poor. No one in our group of six was able to download anything. Bedroom number 4 didn’t have a washroom. It was located down the hall however it was modern and very clean and comfortable.
